Exchanges and Returns
We're glad to make an exchange or refund if the merchandise you receive is defective. However, we cannot refund or exchange any custom ordered merchandise, including clothing that has been customized with iron-on transfers or embroidered patches.
Shipping Information
Some products, such as wood plaques are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Other items are shipped from Auntie Beth's Poochtique via USPS. Shipping charges calculated as 20% of your total purchase.
Sales Tax
Auntie Beth collects 6.75% sales tax on all purchases, as required by Franklin County, OH.
